Hi! my name is Geoff Sweeney, I have over 25 years experience working in the Health and Fitness Industry. I am originally from Australia and spent 12 years in Singapore working as a Personal Fitness Trainer, swim coach and as a Pilates Instructor for the past 9 years.

I am a qualified Pilates Instructor with Polestar Pilates, certified in Reformer and trained in Studio and mat work pilates. My qualifications include;

- Having completed my training in Reformer, Studio & Mat work
